1. Returns

We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Sale items or final clearance items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
  • Items must be returned with proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

2. Exchanges

We currently do not process direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the desired size or style.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Refund processing may take 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos and a description of the issue, and we will work to resolve it promptly through a replacement, repair, or refund.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning an item unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration

7. International Returns

For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes. Please ensure that all international returns are marked as “returned goods” to avoid additional charges.
